Nicotine gum works by first chewing slowly and gently until you feel the liquid being released, then stick the gum in between your gums and your cheek so the nicotine can be absorbed through the mouth. 3 Lozenge: This works just like a cough drop. It is sweet so you will be able to suck it slowly.
There are many ways to stop smoking, you just have to use your initiative and desire, along with a few treatments, to stop.
