Stop Smoking and Save Your Life

 

No matter how you feel about or thing about smoking, it will kill. This has been proven over a long stretch of time. Unfortunately, people don’t seem to stop even though they realize how dangerous it is to them. Where are there ways to stop smoking. It will take some effort, but it can be done. Here are many ways to deal with your smoking habit so as to stop:

 

1        Next time you get the urge to light up, take and put a piece of nicotine gum in your mouth. It has nicotine chemicals in it that will get released into the blood stream.

2        Take a look at your teeth and see how yellow or brown they look form smoking. Who wants to look at that? Instead, brush your teeth when you get the urge to smoke. This will help you kick the habit and whiten your teeth in the process.

3        Instead of putting a cigarette in your mouth, sip slowly on a glass of water or fruit juice.

4        If you have glucose tablets around, use them. They have chemicals that when they enter the body and get released into the brain, it can make you feel good so you forget about lighting up.

5        When you think you want to pick up a cigarette, try this trick: take straw and cut it into the size of a cigarette. Now when you get the urge to smoke, grab the straw and inhale air.

 

If you are smoking now you need to stop to save your life. Otherwise, you are just sending yourself to an early grave.
